Our second year at #exhibitorlive was certainly one for the books! By integrating the company’s core values into the show campaign, we were able to crush our show goals and initiate a wide swath of fruitful partnerships.

CONTINUOUS GROWTH BOTH PERSONALLY AND PROFESSIONALLY

This year, we offered the Trade Show + Event ROI Forecasting Calculator for free to show attendees. They were invited to stop by and input a series of data points to determine the value of shows they will be attending, are prospecting, or already attended. The calculator projected whether or not they could justify the budget they’d allocate, which is a useful tool for our trade show managers.

In fact, we used the Trade Show + Event ROI Forecasting calculator to evaluate our own performance after the show. Thanks to a great turnout at the booth (and some auspicious calculator results), we are excited to grow the show and will be exhibiting in a brand new 20×20 island booth next year. Keep an eye out for booth #1271 when you return in 2020!

We sincerely appreciate the partnerships we have with our current clients and were delighted to have them stop by our booth. Our team had great conversations with them about how we can continue to grow their program – and we had a small token of gratitude that we were happy to offer.

REINVENT THE INDUSTRY

The show also continues to challenge us to push the envelope. The trends this year included LED panels, strategic storytelling, imitating familiar spaces (pubs, spas and more) and innovative lead capture. We are proud to have the capacity to compete in this market, and to offer the cutting edge tactics will continue to help clients improve their programs.

GROW GREAT RELATIONSHIPS IN ALL DIRECTIONS

On top of those existing relationships, we had some truly authentic conversations with trade show professionals that we had not yet met. From helping with a competitive quote for Install and Dismantle to setting up a demonstration of our lead capture solution, we were able to connect with attendees by addressing their biggest trade show pains.

CELEBRATE SUCCESS

Overall, we were thrilled with the outcome of the show. The Visa® gift card promotion was well received (if you missed it, keep an eye out next year), as was our free storage drawing. The Gateway team will be contacting the winners in the coming weeks, so please keep an eye out for a phone call from us!

After the show, booth staff toasted to the success of the show over a lovely dinner at the Border Grill in Mandalay Bay. This industry keeps us on our toes and we are most certainly looking forward to next year’s show!
