Gateway is looking for a Marketing Manager!

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for Gateway and our clients. This employee will contribute to, oversee, and schedule all copy, design, and audience segments related to trade show marketing. The individual will work closely with the Sales department to oversee lead and demand generation programs, account-based marketing campaigns, and develop intelligent sales communications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and post digital content on the website, in email campaigns, for google ads, for press releases, on social media, and perform digital targeting
  • Coordinate day-to-day email marketing campaigns for Gateway and our clients, by planning, targeting, testing, executing, reporting, and optimizing
  • Prepare and build out client content marketing
  • Oversee LeadConnect client implementation and advertising
  • Plan and prepare Gateway’s trade show marketing through designing campaign strategy and content
  • Manage, train, and guide marketing assistant on a variety of platforms including social media and WordPress website
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • WordPress and website management experience
  • Computer knowledge and familiarity with G Suite, Salesforce, Partdot, and other marketing platforms
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Customer service experience, and excellent verbal and written communication

Gateway is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Specialist!

The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing our client’s assets and managing the small footprint area. The Team Member will maintain inventory, pre-stage, ship, and perform return inspections of our Gateway Structural Rental items and our clients smaller exhibiting items like promotional items and pop-up banner stands. The Warehouse Inventory Specialist will work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to help with the shipping and receiving of assets. This position requires traveling out to shows, up to 50 days out of the year (including weekends and weekdays) to help with the installation and dismantling of our client’s booths, as well as attending local shows in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum 50 nights of travel per year (does include weekdays and weekends)
  • Prestage client assets, logistics duties such as packaging, shipping, and receiving, perform return inspections and maintain an organized and accurate inventory of client assets at all times
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, communicating and documenting in our CRM software (Salesforce) and File Management software (Box), and loading and unloading trucks for shipments
  • Maintain warehouse supplies inventory
  • Complete local courier runs 
  • Other duties as assigned to assist and learn all areas of the Warehouse department

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Class E License & DOT Medical Card (If not available, must be obtained by start date)
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Customer service experience, and excellent verbal and written communication
  • Computer knowledge and familiarity with G Suite, Salesforce, and other company CRMs
  • Forklift operation and safety (available after 90-day review) and keeping current forklift safety record updated
  • College degree, relevant experience in supply chain and warehouse

Gateway is looking for a Project Management Assistant!

The Project Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the Project Managers and handling all administrative tasks pertaining to the Project Management department. You will be doing things like creating and editing show forms, ordering items for the clients, and working with Salesforce by submitting internal orders. We look to promote our Project Manager Assistants to Project Managers, who work more directly with clients and their trade show schedules.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and work within Salesforce and Exhibit Force by starting events and opportunities, and submitting orders
  • Submit all show forms for upcoming shows for items like carpet, furniture, catering, material handling, etc.
  • Complete show services orders by creating and submitting electrical and internet layouts
  • Complete and submit EACs (Exhibitor Appointed Contracts) and COIs (Certificate of Insurance) for our clients exhibiting at their upcoming shows
  • Research client’s upcoming shows and make updates accordingly
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications 

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of administrative or project management experience
  • Computer knowledge and familiarity with G Suite, Salesforce, Partdot, and other marketing platforms
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, problem-solving, and time management skills

Gateway is looking for a Designer!

The Exhibit Designer is a full-time position focusing on design solutions, ranging from initial concept to final implementation. In this position, you must be able to clearly communicate artistic themes and design principles, all while meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations. This individual will be creating layouts and designs on platforms like Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. We are a fast-paced and ever-evolving in our day to day work, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Concept and design graphics and layout for large format signage, mockups, trade show booths, wall wraps, environmental displays, signs/posters, and marketing material
  • Create strong designs for graphic and structural concepts, layouts, and template development
  • Provide accurate CAD detail drawings of custom items for production in both 2-D and 3-D environments
  • Collaborates positively with clients and other team members to produce top-level work and participate in or lead design presentations with clients
  • Develop, articulate, and adapt work plans while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Creatively seek out new designs and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge
  • Focus on continuous improvement through new technology, new design principles/ideas, updated processes/procedures, etc.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Architectural/Industrial Design, Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exhibit and Trade Show experience
  • 3D modeling, photography, CNC programming/working experience, and web/logo design and branding
  • Computer knowledge and familiarity with G Suite, Salesforce, and other company CRMs
