Gateway is looking for an Administrative Assistant!

The Administrative Assistant will support multiple departments within our company, primarily project management. You will be responsible for front desk responsibilities including answer inbound phone calls, ordering office and warehouse supplies, and other duties as assigned. The primary focus is for this role to be a stepping stone into our project management department, working to manage our client's show schedules and assist in the administrative work.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with multitasking and communicating through email, phone, and messaging systems while maintaining a high degree of personal integrity. You should be well organized and have the skills to support multiple teams and requests that may include confidential information. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft emails and documents to help with any necessary meeting preparations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls and transfer to the appropriate contact
  • Keep inventory and order office/warehouse supplies
  • Support multiple teams with administrative tasks including drafting documents, emails, and projects as assigned
  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills under minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills to clients, vendors, and different department while keeping everyone up to date
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience 
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, problem-solving, and time management skills

Gateway is looking for a Service Technician!

The Service Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients nationwide by assisting with the installation and dismantle of trade show exhibits. As a Traveling Technician, you will be traveling across the country to some of our more popular locations like Las Vegas, Chicago, Houston, San Francisco, and Orlando to name a few! While you’re there, you will be meeting with clients, assembling or overseeing the exhibit setup, and troubleshooting when problems arise. There is a minimum travel requirement of 125 nights of travel per year, including weekends and weekdays. With each trip, you receive a road bonus on top of your base salary and a paid day off following 10 days of on the road travel.

Our busy seasons are typically in the spring and fall, requiring more travel than in the summer and winter, which gives you more time to learn about the warehouse. When you’re not traveling, you’ll work with other team members to install and dismantle exhibit booth components in our warehouse, set up for customer previews, and become familiar with our warehouse storage system.

Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum 125 Nights of travel per year (does include weekends)
  • Assist with exhibit I&D’s (Install and Dismantle), manage repairs, perform maintenance, and run pre-show tests of the booth
  • Ability to troubleshoot in a variety of areas (post-delivery issues, repairs, exhibit set up challenges, etc.)
  • Accountability and reliability for all aspects of the job
  • Updating and maintaining warehouse storage inventory

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs
  • Class E License & DOT Medical Card (If not available, must be obtained by start date)

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge of carpentry
  • Customer service experience, and excellent verbal and written communication
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, problem-solving, and time management skillsComputer knowledge and familiarity with G Suite, Salesforce, and other company CRMs
  • Forklift operation and safety (available after 90-day review) and keeping current forklift safety record updated

Gateway is looking for a Trade Show Sales Assistant!

The Trade Show Sales Assistant will be our primary, on the ground employee for the Las Vegas, NV, and west coast region. Headquartered in Earth City, MO, this will be a remote, entry-level position based out of Las Vegas, NV. This individual will travel out to local and west coast trade shows to oversee and assist in the installation and dismantle of our client’s booths. You will meet and interact with our exhibiting clients, and solve any problems that arise. When you are not out at trade shows, you will spend your time seeking sales opportunities with existing and new customers by cold calling, emailing, and running at-show appointments to showcase Gateway’s capabilities. This individual will develop and cultivate new opportunities, maintain relationships, and embody our core values while traveling out to trade shows.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with exhibit I&D’s (Install and Dismantle), manage repairs, and problem solve client issues
  • Ability to troubleshoot in a variety of areas (post-delivery issues, repairs, exhibit set up challenges, etc.)
  • Cultivate and create new opportunities via cold calling and emailing
  • Attend local/west coast trade shows to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and run at-show appointments explaining Gateway’s capabilities
  • Other duties as assigned, some weekend work will be required depending on the trade show you are attending

Minimum Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant sales or cold-calling, trade show experience is a plus
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Customer service experience, and excellent verbal and written communication
  • Computer knowledge and familiarity with G Suite, Salesforce, and other company CRMs
