We’re searching for an administrative assistant to join our team to support multiple departments within our company, primarily project management. You will be responsible for front desk responsibilities including answer inbound phone calls, ordering office and warehouse supplies, and other duties as assigned. The primary focus is for this role to be a stepping stone into our project management department, working to manage our clients show schedules and assist in the administrative work.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with multitasking and communicating through email, phone, and messaging systems while maintaining a high degree of personal integrity. You should be well organized and have the skills to support multiple teams and requests that may include confidential information. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft emails and documents to help with any necessary meeting preparations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and transfer to the appropriate contact
  • Keep inventory and order office/warehouse supplies
  • Support multiple teams with administrative tasks including drafting documents, emails, and projects as assigned
  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills under minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills to clients, vendors, and different department while keeping everyone up to date
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience

We’re looking for an inside sales representative to join our team to grow our client database by making connections, building relationships, and pursuing opportunities. You will help lead our efforts by prospecting new business, upselling, and delivering results against a quota. You will research industry segments and company profiles, follow up on leads and opportunities, and coordinate with other departments for the pursuit of other targets.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who possesses strong sales skills. They should be comfortable multitasking and communicating primarily through phone calls. This role has an advancement opportunity based on employee performance and review by your manager.

Gateway is looking for a Service Technician

Do you enjoy being able to travel for work, while still providing service to clients? Are you wanting to put your carpentry skills back to use in a full-time job setting? Gateway is looking for a self-starter Service Technician to join our team! Our company is dedicated to designing and fabricating innovative exhibits and displays while providing best-in-class event marketing services and executing forward-thinking marketing solutions. The service technician is responsible for providing customer service, respond to onsite show installation and repairs, as well as helping to diagnose technical problems and determine quick solutions. You will be driving our client's assets to shows, helping with pre-show installation and dismantle of trade show exhibits. This will require travel across the country for a minimum of 125 spread throughout the year, with our busy seasons being in the spring and fall.  

Job Requirements & Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 125 Nights of travel per year (does include weekends)
  • Assist with exhibit I&D’s (Install and Dismantle) and manage and repairs, maintenance, and running pre show tests of booth
  • Ability to troubleshoot in a variety of areas (post-delivery issues, repairs, exhibit set up challenges, etc.)
  • General knowledge of carpentry
  • Computer knowledge and familiarity with G Suite, Salesforce, and other company CRMs
  • Accountability and reliability
  • Forklift operation and safety (available after 90 day review) and keeping current forklift safety record updated
  • Warehouse storage

Gateway Exhibit Services is looking for Event Project Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for a book of 30+ clients to manage their tradeshow schedule and assets. This requires building strong relationships with our clients, vendors, and internal departments on design and proposal presentations, show order forms, and client preview planning. You should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and have exceptional time management skills while handling multiple projects in various stages of the tradeshow process.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate show services with clients and other departments including logistics, service technicians, design, and leadership
  • Ensure client satisfaction with all clients, whether they are existing, new, or rental projects
  • Confirm vendor quotes, orders, pricing, shipping, and delivery details and update in CRMs
  • Complete project tracking tasks to meet timelines and quality obligations
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Work with third-party vendors to schedule services, rentals, and other requests
  • Communicate with client’s show manager or lead during pre-show, during, and post-show to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Show floor issue resolution and case creation in CRM
  • Schedule client previews on-site or virtual tour
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in entertainment management, hospitality, or other related fields with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as on a team, to manage situations proactively and reactively  
  • Proficiency in google suite and Salesforce
