We’re searching for an administrative assistant to join our team to support multiple departments within our company, primarily project management. You will be responsible for front desk responsibilities including answer inbound phone calls, ordering office and warehouse supplies, and other duties as assigned. The primary focus is for this role to be a stepping stone into our project management department, working to manage our clients show schedules and assist in the administrative work.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with multitasking and communicating through email, phone, and messaging systems while maintaining a high degree of personal integrity. You should be well organized and have the skills to support multiple teams and requests that may include confidential information. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft emails and documents to help with any necessary meeting preparations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and transfer to the appropriate contact
  • Keep inventory and order office/warehouse supplies
  • Support multiple teams with administrative tasks including drafting documents, emails, and projects as assigned

Gateway is looking for a Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients nationwide by assisting with the installation and dismantle of trade show exhibits. As a Service Technician, you will be traveling across the country to some of our more popular locations like Las Vegas, Chicago, Houston, San Francisco, and Orlando to name a few! While you’re there, you will be meeting with clients, assembling or overseeing the exhibit setup, and troubleshooting when problems arise. There is a minimum travel requirement of 125 nights of travel per year, including weekends and weekdays. With each trip, you receive a road bonus on top of your base salary and a paid day off following 10 days of on the road travel.

Our busy seasons are typically in the spring and fall, requiring more travel than in the summer and winter, which gives you more time to learn about the warehouse. When you’re not traveling, you’ll work with other team members to install and dismantle exhibit booth components in our warehouse, set up for customer previews, and become familiar with our warehouse storage system.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 125 Nights of travel per year (does include weekends)
  • Assist with exhibit I&D’s (Install and Dismantle), manage repairs, perform maintenance, and run pre-show tests of the booth
  • Ability to troubleshoot in a variety of areas (post-delivery issues, repairs, exhibit set up challenges, etc.)
  • Accountability and reliability for all aspects of the job
  • Updating and maintaining warehouse storage inventory

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge of carpentry
  • Computer knowledge and familiarity with G Suite, Salesforce, and other company CRMs
  • Forklift operation and safety (available after 90-day review) and keeping current forklift safety record updated

Gateway Exhibit Services is looking for Event Project Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for a book of 30+ clients to manage their tradeshow schedule and assets. This requires building strong relationships with our clients, vendors, and internal departments on design and proposal presentations, show order forms, and client preview planning. You should be highly organized, tech-savvy, and have exceptional time management skills while handling multiple projects in various stages of the tradeshow process.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate show services with clients and other departments including logistics, service technicians, design, and leadership
  • Ensure client satisfaction with all clients, whether they are existing, new, or rental projects
  • Confirm vendor quotes, orders, pricing, shipping, and delivery details and update in CRMs
  • Complete project tracking tasks to meet timelines and quality obligations
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Work with third-party vendors to schedule services, rentals, and other requests
  • Communicate with client’s show manager or lead during pre-show, during, and post-show to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Show floor issue resolution and case creation in CRM
  • Schedule client previews on-site or virtual tour
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in entertainment management, hospitality, or other related fields with 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as on a team, to manage situations proactively and reactively

The Designer is a full time, entry level position focusing on design solutions, ranging from initial concept to final implementation, for our clients within the tradeshow industry. You must be able to clearly communicate artistic themes and design principle, all while meeting and exceeding the client's expectations. You will also be creating layout and design in platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop. We are fast-paced and ever-evolving in our day to day work, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and is adaptable to change.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate CAD detail drawings of custom items for production in both 2-D and 3-D environments
  • Concept and design graphics and layout for large format signage, mockups, trade show booths, wall wraps, environmental displays, signs/posters, and marketing material
  • Graphic layout and template development
  • Creates strong designs for Graphic and Structural concepts
  • Able to take a project from concept to completion
  • Collaborates positively with clients and other team members to produce top-level work
